Jenny's Jottings

This is my favorite found photo. I think I found it in a basket of old post cards at an antique shop in Osceola, IA. On the back, written in pencil, it says, "Here's where she sees R coming from P.O."


This picture really tells a story. I wonder about the people in it, where it was taken, and why. Someday I might write a story about it.

On the back of the photo, stamped in faded purple ink are the words:
I came from Stevens Bros.
Hastings, Nebr.
